Overview of the role:

• Collection of data and information the existing system.
• Work very closely with Transport Management system implementation team and Stakeholder for the implementation of the Transport Management within Al Futtaim Logistics.
• Responsible for the efficient planning and performance of all transport movements.
• Super-user able to understand and train the trainer program. Train the key trainer within AFL. First point of contact for any system issue / planning
• Supervision of daily movements recording for tracking and billing purpose. Maintain all required information in new system (correctly and on time) inc. timing, driver and vehicle allocation, rates.
• Analysis of trip information, fleet efficiency and vehicle running costs and the optimisation thereof.
• Enable management to reduce drivers and vehicles idling time and drivers over time up to necessary minimum.

About the Team:

• Reporting to the Managing Director Logistics and will responsible in handling end to end scope of the assigned Transport Management portfolio including the coordination with Internal and External stakeholders in an efficient manner.

What equips you for the role:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Valid UAE driver's license
• Proficient in English
• 3 years' experience in transport and logistics management systems
• Good communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
