Overview of the role:

Primary responsibility is to effectively handle sea freight documentation and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely sea freight operations procedures.

What you will do:

Efficient handling of customer service while coordinating with Internal and External clients

Ensure accuracy in job registration, invoicing, costing, posting of costs, dispatch of documents, update tracker, closing of files on a timely basis

Handle additional customers as and when need arises

Ensure all clients rates are updated for internal and external customs and filed methodically

Efficiently handling of client account and coordination with Agent offices worldwide as per client requirement

About the Team:

Reports to Freight Development Manager and primary responsibility is to effectively handle sea freight documentation and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely sea freight operations procedures.

What equips you for the role:

Diploma / Bachelors

2- 3 years' experience as sea freight coordinator

Driving License preferably

Good communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
