We are hiring Transport & Logistics Coordinator for a leading client in Qatar for 3 month contract:

Arrange transportation and perform on-site coordination for delivery of services at different customer touch points
Coordinate tour guide and driver schedule and provide jo assignment briefings
Conduct physical check of venues, attractions, airport, vehicles and hotels to ensure quality control and operational feasibility
Implement real-time solution to resolve minor issues that may occur during a shift
Responsible for the job assignments and supplier resources in the online booking system to be maintained and updated
Create and maintain service preparation and other system reports
Update and maintain historic and forward planning reports of asset utilization and service history
Perform administrative tasks based on set procedures, establishment and maintenance of filing systems
Provide regular service delivery feedback from the suppliers and staff to the management and take corrective action
Provide real-time status update regarding vehicle fleet, tour guide and driver performance as required by Department management
Generate business documentation, including spreadsheet preparation and distribution.

Qualifications

Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's level or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, essential in a similar industry.
