Roles & Responsibilities:
Required Skills:-
- We are looking to hire T24/Transact Techno Functional Experts who can offer their expertise to our BFS team. The candidate should be a motivated individual with a great sense of responsibility.
- The candidate would work closely with end-users, business units, and other IT resources in all stages of the project life cycle, including investigation, analysis, design, testing, and implementation to ensure business requirements are successfully implemented
- The individual should demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, technical knowledge, productivity, and professionalism
- This is a hands-on position requiring strong analyst skills, and business expertise
- Responsible for partnering with business/user group representatives to understand business processes and underlying informational and/or process automation needs, then translating those needs into formal, documented business requirements following methodologies and processes
- Involves in issues analysis along with L2, L3 support teams
- Help with the fixing and providing solutions as required to overcome the crisis
- Front ending with business users, stakeholders in managing the issue on hand
- Defines business needs, detailed requirements and project scope and ensures timely closure of the initial requirements phase of projects
- Gather production stability/enhancement priorities using appropriate techniques and capture them in requirements document or tool e.g., JIRA
- Transition the documented requirements into accurate functional specifications documents and gain approval from the business/user group
- Initiate and monitor all change requests from the business to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Collaborate with design and development teams throughout the SDLC to ensure the smooth transition of requirements and quality delivery
- Support testing team (QA) to understand the requirements and verify the test coverage
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and signoff
Required Skills:-
- Will play the key role of T24 functional expert providing solutions on T24 arrangement architecture.
- The position would act as a functional subject matter expert (SME) on T24 arrangement architecture.
- Should have strong skills and expertise on functional modules of T24, including Accounts, Fund Transfer, Lending, Deposits, Limits, Trade Finance, Islamic Banking
- Guide the technical teams in implementing corrective measures for issues encountered in production on various business scenarios in T24.
