Analyze training needs and performance gaps to customize learning solutions.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align L&D efforts with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in L&D management or related fields.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with LMS and learning analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
Real Estate experience is a MUST HAVE.
