strategic partnerships
that enhance Abjad's training portfolio and market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand training offerings
by identifying in-demand topics, market trends, and industry needs.
Research and source new training courses, programs, and delivery formats (in-person, virtual, blended).
Lead the
accreditation process
for new and existing training programs with national and international bodies.
Build and maintain
strategic partnerships
with accrediting organizations, subject matter experts, and training vendors.
Evaluate the effectiveness and marketability of current and proposed training initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to position and promote training programs effectively.
Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to ensure Abjad remains a leader in training innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in training management, business development, or corporate education.
Proven track record in sourcing and launching new training programs.
Deep understanding of training accreditation standards and processes.
Strong networking, negotiation, and partnership development skills.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and project management tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
