Position Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced

Sales, Marketing & Business Development Manager

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies that prioritize growth and excellent customer service. Experience with government tenders is essential. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners. Conduct market research and identify trends in the healthcare training industry. Coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored training solutions. Deliver compelling client presentations and sales pitches. Monitor sales KPIs and optimize strategies accordingly. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Attend client meetings, close deals, and maintain client satisfaction. Keep CRM and customer databases up to date. Meet monthly targets consistently--

achieving monthly targets is a MUST

. Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports and KPIs.

Requirements:

4-5 years of proven experience in the UAE in sales/business development. Bachelor's degree (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in UAE healthcare or training industry is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong market research, planning, and analysis skills. Must be based in the UAE and available to join immediately. Willingness to travel (up to 75%).

What We Offer:

Salary starting from AED 4,500 to AED 7,000/month.
