Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented

Contracts and Sales Manager

to lead the sales process from client engagement to contract closure. This role is critical in identifying sales opportunities, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements that drive revenue for the training institute.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, pursue, and convert high-potential sales leads into signed training contracts. Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing. Customize training solutions in response to client needs and industry demands. Prepare and negotiate contracts in line with company standards and UAE legal/commercial frameworks. Maintain and grow relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients. Collaborate with internal departments (Training, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless delivery of contracted services. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client training requirements. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of sales pipeline, forecasts, and contract statuses. Attend networking events, industry expos, and business meetings to promote services.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales or contract management, preferably in the education or training sector. Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and B2B sales practices. Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with CRM systems and contract documentation processes. Ability to work under pressure with a results-oriented mindset.
