1. Content Creation:
  • Develop visually compelling and creative content for our community programs, ensuring it aligns with the brand identity and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand program requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
  • Create graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets to enhance the training program materials and overall user experience.
2. Brand Identity:
  • Maintain and uphold the brand identity across all program materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand identity, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Ensure that all visual elements are cohesive and reflective of the brand\'s values and messaging.
3. Creative Strategy:
  • Contribute to the development of the creative strategy for our community programs, ensuring it aligns with our objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices, infusing innovative ideas into our visual content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for program materials and initiatives.
4. Content Production and Delivery:
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end content production process, from ideation and conceptualization to execution and delivery.
  • Create engaging visuals for various channels, including digital platforms, print materials, social media, and events.
5. Quality Control:
  • Ensure that all visual content meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Conduct regular reviews and revisions to optimize the visual elements of our programs.
  • Stay attentive to user feedback and continuously improve the visual aspects of our materials based on user preferences and engagement.
Qualifications

Essential:
  • Diploma in a related field (e.g., graphic design, visual arts, communication) or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in photography, video editing, or animation.
Desirable:
  • Proven experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies in the creative industry.
Years of Experience

Essential:
  • Proven experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
Desirable:
  • Experience in producing visual content for community programs or events.
Skills
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other industry-standard software.
