The Efficio Academy is exponentially growing to accommodate the rapid evolution of Efficio as well as the increased demand for procurement training from our clients. One area of massive potential is the MENA region where significant investment is being made in L&D. Our team is looking for a dedicated resource to establish and lead the Academy in the region. This individual will be based in Dubai and will be part of the Efficio Academy team working closely with the central team to ensure consistency of vision while adapting the academy to the local needs by expanding content, delivery approaches, certification, partnerships with academic organisations etc. This resource will also spend a significant portion of their time on business development opportunities working with potential clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet these requirements. Working closely with the head of Efficio Academy and MENA leadership, this role would suit someone with strong business development skills and an experience in developing comprehensive L&D programmes.
Main responsibilities could include but not limited to: Expanding the Efficio Academy vision to include MENA-specific region Driving business development activities to build the local offering and to increase client uptake of MENA Efficio Academy Ownership of MENA client instance(s) of Learning Management System (if relevant) Designing and implement forward-thinking delivery approaches which are suitable for the region Setting up of a physical Academy if agreed as part of vision Development and ownership of MENA-specific training content Working with the wider Efficio Academy team on broader training content development and maintenance Working with MENA senior leadership to align scope and objectives for the Academy Working with MENA senior leadership on L&D business development opportunities Developing and managing relationships and partnerships with academic organisations, including universities, certification bodies etc Support global adoption and development of the Academy Identification, scheduling, and on-boarding of trainers for client trainings Act as liaison for local lead for internal training for Efficio employees
Essential Requirements
Well-rounded education. A Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills IT literate, proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Adaptable and able to succeed in a changeable environment Strong interpersonal and influencing skills Confident with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels within the organisation and with senior clients Demonstrable proactive approach, able to work on own initiative, with a can-do attitude
Desirable Requirements
Knowledge of Learning & Development within consulting or professional services Experience with developing commercial proposals and selling offerings, preferably trainings Experience developing and delivering trainings especially in corporate environments Knowledge of accreditation process and organisation and approach to accreditation possibly CPD
