Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Executive with proven experience in the oil & gas sector to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in business development, costing & tendering, price negotiations, and agency development, while working closely with procurement teams and pre-qualifying with major oil & gas companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oil & gas sector across Abu Dhabi and the UAE Lead and coordinate cost estimation, bid preparation, and tender submission in alignment with client requirements Conduct effective price negotiation with clients and partners, ensuring profitability and competitiveness Manage and update pre-qualification documents with ADNOC group companies and other oil & gas entities Seek and evaluate potential agency and distribution agreements with international suppliers and manufacturers Collaborate with internal teams for technical proposals, procurement planning, and project support Maintain and grow a strong client network within the oil & gas, EPC, and government sectors Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development in the oil & gas field Strong experience in costing, tendering, and contract negotiations Hands-on experience in procurement coordination and supplier sourcing Familiarity with ADNOC and other major oil & gas operators' pre-qualification and tendering processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluent in English; Hindi is highly preferred UAE driving license is a plus
