Job Description

The Sales Coordinator (Oil & Gas) will support the sales team in managing client relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating contracts, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment within the oil, gas, and energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team with documentation, proposals, and presentations. Assist in the preparation of quotations, tenders, and contracts as per client requirements. Manage and update sales databases, CRM systems, and customer records. Liaise between clients, sales managers, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Track sales inquiries, follow up with clients, and maintain communication to support closing deals. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements. Support in organizing client meetings, site visits, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the

Oil & Gas industry

. Strong knowledge of sales processes, tendering, and contract management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
