Key Responsibilities:

Grow revenue in their assigned territory Grow distribution width in the designated sales area Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with customers Create awareness of new products in the designated sales area and do direct selling for the retail outlets Manage merchandising and POS materials at the retail store level ensuring compliance with all current company & brand regulations. Assisting customer requests through emails & phone calls Conducting timely follow ups on open opportunities to ensure that sales objectives are met Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods Developing strong customer relationships during and after the sales occurs Report on sales activity Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity Ensure the customer outstanding payments are collected as per the agreed terms

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience of 2 years in selling industrial products Positive relationship building skills - cultivates and nurtures customer relations Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business Tactful and smart to handle customers objections and present solutions and options to close sales Competitive attitude with a hunger to succeed in all situations Energetic and result orientated
