Key Responsibilities:
Implement sales & marketing activities as per targets & business plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with modern trade retailers and buyers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Manage merchandising activities and ensure product visibility in stores.
Provide accurate and timely market reports.
Suggest competitive pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely invoicing and collections.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions to grow sales.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years' experience
in Modern Trade / FMCG / Toy Sales in UAE.
Knowledge of retail and wholesale operations.
Established relationships with
major UAE hypermarkets and modern trade stores
.
Skilled in selling, calling, emailing, and business development with buyers.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel.
Valid UAE driving license.
Passion for toys and children's products.
