Key Responsibilities

:

Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and other channels. Present and promote the company's products, including trading education courses, wealth management plans, and insurance solutions, to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution. Stay updated on industry trends, financial products, and market developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the management team.

Requirements

:

Proven experience in sales or a related field (experience in financial services is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms (e.g., MT5), and investment products is an advantage. Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive approach to work. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
