The Modern Trade Sales Executive - Electronics & Home Appliances is responsible for managing and expanding sales performance of electronic and home appliance products within LuLu Hypermarket stores across the UAE. The role focuses on driving sell-in and sell-out, ensuring strong in-store execution, maintaining relationships with LuLu buyers and store teams, and achieving assigned sales targets..

Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned LuLu Hypermarket accounts for electronics and home appliance categories. Build and maintain strong relationships with LuLu buyers, category managers, and store management. Handle listing of new SKUs, price updates, and promotions in coordination with LuLu buying team. Prepare sales forecasts and ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. Ensure correct product placement, planogram compliance, pricing accuracy, and POS availability. Coordinate with merchandisers and promoters to ensure proper product demonstration and visibility. Monitor stock availability and prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations. Ensure display quality meets brand and LuLu standards. Track promotional effectiveness and report results to management. Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches. Provide market feedback and consumer insights to support pricing and product strategies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales, stock, and performance reports. Ensure compliance with LuLu operational procedures and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

2-5 years of experience

in Modern Trade sales within

electronics or home appliances

in the UAE. Proven experience managing

LuLu Hypermarket

or similar modern trade accounts. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Ability to work independently and handle multiple stores Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to analyze sales and inventory data Knowledge of pricing, margin structures, and promotions in electronics retail Strong understanding of electronics/home appliance products and retail operations.
