Outbound Tour Consultant
to manage both B2B and B2C travel bookings.Responsibilities
Handle holiday package inquiries from both travel agents (B2B) and direct clients (B2C). Design & customize outbound itineraries (flights, hotels, tours). Negotiate with suppliers & build strong B2B relationships. Manage reservations, confirmations & payment follow-ups. Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service.
