. This role is best suited for someone energetic, well-spoken, and passionate about closing tourism leads, organizing UAE-based experiences, and managing tour operations efficiently from our travel desk office.
You will work closely with the management and tour consultants to
convert leads, support daily bookings
, and manage client coordination for tours, activities, and optional ticketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Handling & Sales
Handle tourism inquiries from platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
Communicate tour package details clearly and persuasively
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings (sightseeing, safaris, cruises, etc.)
Prepare and share custom quotes, package breakdowns, and itineraries
Follow up with potential clients to close leads quickly
Tour Operations & Booking Coordination
Confirm tours with suppliers (Desert Safari, City Tours, Cruise, etc.)
Manage daily schedules and tour booking calendars
Coordinate pickup timings and service instructions with clients and drivers
Prepare booking confirmations, invoices, and basic reports
Maintain records of all bookings and payments
Travel Desk Support
Assist in flight bookings and issuing air tickets (if required)
Handle basic hotel inquiries or bookings when needed
Offer support for last-minute bookings and urgent customer needs
Ensure smooth guest experience from arrival to departure
Office & Admin Work
Work from our travel desk setup (office-based; 3-seater workspace)
Assist in printing, organizing files, and replying to inquiries
Maintain communication logs and payment records
Coordinate with the tour consultant on daily priorities

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
