Responsibilities:
Assist customers in choosing and customizing tour packages.
Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Provide accurate information about destinations, itineraries, and pricing.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent service.
Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth tour arrangements.
Meet achievable sales and service targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in travel, tourism, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.
Proficiency in English, Hindi (Malayalam and Tagalog is a plus).
Basic computer and social media knowledge.
