Booking & Reservations:
Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and manage all confirmations.
Destination Expertise:
Provide in-depth knowledge on destinations, customs, weather, and local attractions.
Sales & Promotion:
Sell packages, potentially using promotional materials and techniques, and meet sales targets.
Documentation:
Handle visas, travel insurance, currency, and provide essential travel documents.
Supplier Management:
Liaise with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure services and rates.
Key Skills & Requirements
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and customer service skills.
Strong sales ability and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of global destinations, visa processes, and travel systems.
Experience with air ticketing, hotel reservations, and booking systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
