Timekeeper
Summary:
The Timekeeper will ensure accurate and timely recording of employee attendance, working hours, leaves, and overtime. This role is essential for precise payroll processing and requires a high level of integrity and familiarity with factory shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately record daily attendance, check-in/out times, and shift schedules for all factory employees.
• Track and validate overtime, leaves (sick, annual, emergency), and absenteeism.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for the HR and Payroll departments.
• Maintain and update timekeeping systems and ensure data integrity.
• Resolve any discrepancies in attendance records in coordination with line managers and HR.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws regarding working hours and overtime.
• Support HR with administrative tasks related to employee data.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Timekeeper specifically within a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables) and HR systems.
• Skills:
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good communication skills to interact with staff and management.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of shift patterns, manpower planning, and labor regulations in a manufacturing setting.
