Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Ticketing Sales Consultant

to manage flight bookings, reservations, and visa services while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in airline ticketing systems, visa procedures, and proven sales skills within the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle airline ticket bookings, reissues, cancellations, and fare calculations using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.). Proactively generate and convert leads for flight bookings and travel services. Assist customers with travel inquiries, itinerary planning, and best fare options. Manage visa application processes and coordinate with embassies and clients. Provide accurate information on routes, schedules, ticket prices, and visa requirements. Ensure all bookings comply with airline policies and travel regulations. Maintain organized records of sales, client details, and payments. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly. Stay updated on airline fare rules, promotional offers, and visa policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

IATA-certified qualification (mandatory).

Experience:

Prior experience in airline ticketing, sales, and visa processing (mandatory).

Software Proficiency:

Expertise in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and online booking tools.

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of airline ticketing, fare rules, and visa documentation. Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a focus on achieving targets. Excellent communication and customer relationship management. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
