Role: Ticketing Officer with Sales Exp. Years of experience - Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in travel/airline industry Age : Preferably between 20-35 years Nationality : Open. Preferably who can understand and speak Sinhala language Salary range: AED 3500-4000 UAE Driving License is mandatory. UAE exp. in Ticketing in Travel/Tourism. Sales Exp. is mandatory. Should be based in UAE. Main duties & responsibilities: \xe2\x88\x99Ticketing: - Ticket Issuance - Re-issuance - EMD issuance - Refunds - Group ticket issuance - Agent ticket issuance and date changes. \xe2\x88\x99Handling AD/ID tickets Dealing with walk-in passengers. \xe2\x88\x99Responding to WhatsApp inquiries Answering Direct Passenger/Agent calls Flight reschedules/cancellation. \xe2\x88\x99Ancillaries Payment top-ups for agents Maintaining Reports \xe2\x80\x93 Agent top-ups/ticket report/collection sheet/payment collections. \xe2\x88\x99Sales visits to agents during special promotions \xe2\x88\x99Promoting on social media ex. WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups Training agents for KIU through any desk platform \xe2\x88\x99Overseeing Air Park Colombo Team assisting in holiday packages events organised by the company. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
