  • Identifying Business opportunities
  • Organizing and conducting sales visits
  • Demonstrating and presenting our product lines to new and existing inactive clients
  • Ensuring business from new and existing inactive clients
  • Build and promote long lasting relationship with the customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identifying emerging market opportunities through internet tools, networking / customer cold calls / visits
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure closures
  • Arranging site inspection in coordination with technical department
  • Arranging MS, route survey & lift plan in coordination with technical department
  • Coordinate with operation team regarding equipment availability
  • Follow up of quotations, LPO / hire agreement
  • Arranging permissions (RTA/Aviation) as and when require in coordination with Operation department
  • Coordinate with operations for mobilization of equipment on receipt of confirmation
  • Ensuring timely review and delivery of timesheets with all relevant
documents to billing department for invoicing
  • Invoice delivery /cheque collections to/from certain customers sites which is not accessible by our bill delivery team
  • Ensuring timely resolution of disputes with customers in case of invoices & / or timesheets
  • Effectively follow up for outstanding with customers and ensure timely settlement of payments within approved limits
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Maintaining reports / sales activities on ERP system
  • Prepare weekly report about highlights of the week, focused jobs, and lost Orders
  • Attending weekly sales meeting
  • Achieve annual sales targets assigned
