- Managing the Value Added Service Desk.
- Educate/Convince the customers about the value added services
- Answering queries of the customers
- Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner
- Achieving monthly targets by up selling of value added services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service and upselling for a year minimum.
- Should have a valid residence visa in Dubai.
- Flexible in working hours
- Should be a team player
