Ticketing Executive
to manage outbound bookings & client communications.Responsibilities:
Book and issue tickets for outbound travel Communicate with travel agencies & direct customers Handle amendments, refunds & reissuances Provide excellent customer service & support
Requirements:
1-2 years' experience in airline ticketing Proficiency in Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo Strong English communication skills Customer-oriented & detail-focused
