HolidayBest Gulf is expanding its team! We are looking for a
Ticketing Executive - Outbound Travel
to join our growing travel company.Key Responsibilities:
Handle flight reservations, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds. Manage outbound travel bookings with accuracy and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients. Coordinate with airlines, GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre), and internal teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ticketing (outbound travel). Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre). Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
