General Summary or Job Objective:

We are looking for a corporate ticketing specialist to arrange travel bookings. You will act as travel executive and take on tasks related to booking flights and providing travel support while employees travel for business.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide flight bookings and special travel related requests.

Provide creative air fare ticketing principles to source the best fares when applicable. i.e., split or combination ticketing across all booking channels

Apply critical thinking and reasoning skills to solve problems and resolve difficult situations

Notifies the manager with any changes or modifications on the flights such as delay, cancellations, others, etc.

Communicates and coordinates check-in procedures and formalities with assigned parties whenever required.

Contribute positively to the work environment and operations by developing collaborative relationships with colleagues. Assist other team members as needed, share knowledge and experience, and operate independently within the team framework

Act as a resource for activities, meetings/events, and destinations

Ability to do Invoices per client's request

Perform other duties as specified by the Manager.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 Years' experience in Travel and Tourism

Graduated from College/ University on Tourism, Tourism Management, Travel and Tourism or related course

Excellent in verbal and written English communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Multi-tasker, Detail oriented and highly organized

Strong knowledge with Microsoft tools; especially WORD and EXCEL

Should have basic accounting knowledge; can do invoicing is a must

Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems
