Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative

Textile Designer and Printing Operator

to manage the full lifecycle of custom textile orders -- from engaging with customers and refining design requirements, to editing and preparing print-ready files, and executing the printing process. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Order Intake

Communicate directly with customers to understand their textile design needs and custom order details. Provide design suggestions and technical recommendations when needed. Document and confirm all order specifications, including fabric type, dimensions, color preferences, and delivery timelines.

Design Editing & File Preparation

Edit and finalize design files based on customer input or internal requirements. Ensure all files are optimized and print-ready (correct resolution, repeatability, color profiles, etc.). Maintain a library of editable templates and design assets.

Printing & Production

Operate textile printing equipment and oversee the printing process. Ensure print quality meets company standards before dispatch. Coordinate with the production team (if applicable) for fabric cutting, packaging, and delivery.

Order Management & Follow-Up

Track orders from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met. Follow up with customers and suppliers on revisions, approvals, and delivery satisfaction. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the order lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in textile design and digital file preparation. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software. Knowledge of textile printing processes (preferably sublimation, pigment, or reactive printing). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with strong time management skills. Ability to handle multiple custom orders simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using digital textile printers and RIP software. Familiarity with fabric types and color calibration for textiles. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
