Key Responsibilities:
Create original carpet designs using industry-standard software.
Develop patterns, colorways, and design layouts for various carpet styles.
Translate concepts and ideas into visual presentations.
Prepare technical drawings and detailed specs for production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
Stay updated on market trends, materials, and techniques in textile and carpet design.
Requirements:
Proven experience in carpet design (tufted, woven, printed, etc.).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong understanding of textile construction and design processes.
Excellent color sense and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
