Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically-skilled

Fashion Graphic Designer

to join our design team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between graphic art and apparel production. You will be responsible for creating original prints, patterns, and graphics that align with our creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

Print & Pattern Development:

Design original prints, including repeats (all-over prints) and placement graphics. These will have to be adapted to different pattern styles (abayas, jalabiyas, couture dresses, etc.) and dimensions.

Trend Research:

Analyze market trends, color palettes, and silhouettes to ensure designs are innovative and commercially viable.

Collaborative Design:

Work closely with the in-house team to ensure graphics are made to each design's pattern

Vendor Communication:

Review strike-offs (samples) to ensure color accuracy and print quality meet brand standards.

Digital Asset Management:

Maintain an organized library of artwork.

Social Media:

Document your work (content creation) for Instagram and TikTok.

Website Updation:

Ensure that all products including fabrics are periodically updated on the website with the correct details.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Degree in Textile Design, or Fashion Design.

Software Mastery:

Expert-level proficiency in

Adobe Illustrator

and

Photoshop

.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of fabric printing, digital printing, yarn-dyes, and embroidery techniques.

Color Theory:

Strong eye for color matching and sophisticated palette building.

Versatility:

Ability to design across various aesthetics, from hand-painted florals to edgy typography and geometric patterns.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
