Territory Sales Manager

With over 54 years of experience focused entirely on engineering new technologies for torque wrenches while creating a worldwide 24/7 service network. Either from the bottom of the ocean capping the 2010 oil leak in the gulf or from the top of the world, erecting the new Freedom Tower, we help all industry with better bolting solutions HYTORC is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Territory sales manager for our market in Dubai & Northern Emirates. HYTORC has world-class products & support and you will help us to capitalize on the massive potential that our products have. This position will have a lot of responsibility, but it has the chance to truly control your own destiny. Responsibilities:
  • Overall growth of the market in Dubai & Northern Emirates.
  • Develop and execute territory business plan and contribute to sales discovery.
  • Analyze market and make strategic decisions in order to capitalize on current conditions.
  • Identify new opportunities for product and put ideas into action with the existing and the new customers.
  • Develop clients through product demonstration, training and solution delivery.
  • Accountable for sales development through specifying HYTORC systems and application solutions in all assigned accounts, leading to increase HYTORC market share in the account’s projects/plants and ultimately integrate HYTORC’s technologies in the account Standards.
  • Coordination of activities on the accounts with all other involved stakeholders; Territory Managers, Regional team, Agent and Service team.
  • Meeting monthly quotas and submitting regular reports.
  • Respond promptly to time sensitive situations to improve/resolve any pending issues
  • Take ownership of product growth in target industries (O&G, Power generation, Mining, Metal, and Manufacturing, etc…).
  • Closing sales cycles and overcoming objections.
  • Cold calling and setting up face-to-face meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with all HYTORC policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all marketing initiatives and brand management.
  • Actively participate in scheduled company meetings, conference calls.
  • Position will be based in UAE (Dubai).
  • Covering all plants and projects in Dubai and Northern Emirates.

Job requirements:
  • 7+ years of extensive sales experience in UAE and examples to prove it.
  • Successful track record in selling tooling and industrial equipment.
  • 5+ years dealing with National and International Oil & Gas and Power generation companies
  • Must have experience within heavy industry (Oil & Gas, power generation, mining, metal, etc.)
  • Experience with sales analytics i.e. performance vs. goals; manage pipelines; KPIs etc.
  • Self-driven and Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to operate without direct authority.
  • Strong cold calling, networking, and appointment-setting skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to generate accurate quotes.
  • Must be fluent in English (Speaking and writing), Arabic Speaker is Preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Great software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must have a valid driving license.
  • Candidate must be currently in UAE.
