As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of sales experience in the courier industry and demonstrate a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a territory sales plan that aligns with the overall organizational sales strategy.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts, prospects, and geographic areas for sales growth.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within the assigned territory.
- Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and cultivate new relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market analysis.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve sales performance.
- Minimum of three years of sales experience in the courier industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the logistics and courier industry.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
