Assist sales team members in daily activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing communication with clients.
Coordinate sales efforts across various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of services.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain client databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Order Processing and Documentation
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are recorded and communicated to relevant departments.
Prepare and distribute sales contracts, tender submissions, proposals, and invoices as needed. LPO, quotation.
Sales Analysis & Reporting
Assist in compiling sales data and generating reports for management review.
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for sales team members.
Organize and maintain sales documentation and files in an orderly manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within the technology industry, preferably with an IT or ELV background.
Knowledge in ELV / tech products such as CCTV, Access controls, servers, etc
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in CRM & ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
