Sales Coordinator.



1. Enquiry collection and ensure all enquiries are received properly and added to log from reception.

2. Updating the enquiry log form

3. Checking inquiry submission for a day, follow up with proposal & estimation.

4. Follow up with proposal & estimation daily basis for the submission of quotation as per the schedule.

5. Keep tracking with other department for ongoing project (Design, Production & Installation team)

6. Filing Sales documents

7. Preparing the invoice request

8. Payment follow ups

9. Vendor registration with developers, Government authority etc.

10. Preparing the amendment letter for received contract agreement from client

11. Checking required document in the inquiry to propose our offer

12. Follow up on the tender inquiry

13. Preparing the sales monthly report

14. Preparing tender documents for submission

15. Preparing draft bank guarantee format for client approval

16. Preparing internal management approval for received agreement (project approval sheet, pre-approval order, master work order)

17. Preparing the required export shipping documents for overseas projects

18. Keeping tracking on outgoing quotation and remind the sales team if need.

19. Handling urgent calls, email and message when sales team is unavailable.

20. Scheduling progressive meeting with other departments.

21. Arrange the appointment and send company profile for new potential customer.
