Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. You will be responsible for preparing quotes, managing orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Your contributions will be critical in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

Support the sales team by preparing quotes, material proposals, and processing orders. Handle tender management for the sales team. Monitor product availability and coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure sufficient stock levels. Prepare and send invoices, process payments, and address billing-related inquiries from customers. Streamline order management processes. Handle customer concerns and requests professionally to maintain and strengthen business relationships.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales coordination or tender management or a similar role preferably in Medical equipment field. Must be a resident of Abu Dhabi preferably residing in Mussafah. Background in accounting or finance is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
