Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and strategic

Tender Management Coordinator

to coordinate and manage end-to-end tender processes in the healthcare logistics and supply chain sector. This role ensures that all tender submissions meet client and regulatory requirements, deadlines, and quality standards, contributing to the growth and competitiveness of the organization in both public and private sector bids.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, track, and evaluate relevant tenders (government, private, institutional) related to healthcare logistics, medical supplies, and services. Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) to determine requirements, scope, and feasibility. Coordinate the preparation and timely submission of tender proposals, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, finance, legal, operations, and subject matter experts to gather and verify required documentation. Prepare pricing, commercial, and technical bid documentation in line with internal approvals and profitability targets. Maintain a comprehensive database of past and current tenders, supplier credentials, and pricing strategies. Manage bid timelines and deliverables, ensuring each stage meets internal and external deadlines. Review award decisions and post-bid feedback to improve future bid quality and success rate. Track and report KPIs related to tender win rates, response times, and proposal quality. Ensure all tender activities align with industry regulations, including healthcare and supply chain compliance (e.g., GDP, GSP, local healthcare procurement laws).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
