Telesales Officer
to join our growing admissions team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in education sales or academic counseling who excel in engaging students and guiding them toward the right certification programs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with prospective students (warm leads only -- no cold calling)
Conduct professional consultations explaining courses, outcomes, and career benefits
Convert leads into enrollments through effective relationship-building and objection handling
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare performance reports
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in telesales, admissions, or education sales
Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
Comfortable with phone, WhatsApp, and email communication
Target-driven and preferably available for immediate joining
