Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team in the education sector. The role involves reaching out to prospective students, parents, and working professionals, promoting academic programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and experience in telesales within the education industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote academic programs and services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information on courses, admissions, and career opportunities. Counsel students on program suitability, admission processes, and available support. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students to ensure high conversion rates. Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to align sales strategies. Participate in student recruitment campaigns, webinars, and promotional events when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the education industry. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
