Female Telesales Officer

Responsibilities:

Contact potential and existing customers to promote printing services Understand customer needs and offer suitable printing solutions Build strong client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales Maintain accurate records of calls and sales data Coordinate with internal teams for order processing when needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (printing industry experience is a plus) Excellent communication and persuasion skills Strong sales mindset with target-driven attitude Good customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel preferred)
