Position Summary

Eduhub Institute is seeking a motivated and results-driven

Telesales Officer

to join our growing admissions team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in education sales or academic counseling who excel in engaging students, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right professional certification programs.

Core Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with prospective students--

all leads are warm

, no cold calling required. Conduct professional telesales consultations to guide applicants through course options, learning outcomes, and career benefits. Convert leads into enrollments by building rapport, addressing queries, and providing accurate program information. Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Maintain organized and accurate records in the CRM and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Required Qualifications

Minimum

2 years' experience in the UAE

in telesales, admissions, education sales, or student recruitment. Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to close sales confidently. Comfortable engaging with students via

phone, WhatsApp, and email

. Energetic, target-driven, and preferably available for immediate joining.
