Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion.
