Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our financial products and services.
Explain loan/finance products clearly in
Kannada
and address customer queries.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into successful sales.
Maintain accurate customer records, call details, and sales outcomes in CRM.
Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Deliver excellent customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or a similar sales role.
Fluency in
Kannada
(mandatory). Knowledge of Hindi/English will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle objections and remain motivated under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Education: Graduate/Diploma preferred.
