Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
Handle customer objections professionally and resolve their queries promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide feedback on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in [language(s)].
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated under pressure.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
