Role Summary

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and follow up calls counseling working professionals and converting leads into enrollments The role is performance based and offers attractive incentives for meeting or exceeding sales targets

Key Responsibilities

Call and counsel prospective learners from the database or leads provided by the company Understand client requirements and recommend relevant professional training programs Achieve monthly sales or enrollment targets through effective communication and follow up Build rapport and maintain relationships with potential clients for repeat business and referrals Update CRM with accurate lead status and ensure daily reporting Coordinate with the operations team for onboarding and post enrollment communication Stay informed about Eduhub training offerings and industry trends

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in the education or training sector UAE market preferred Strong spoken communication and convincing skills Proven track record of meeting sales targets Familiarity with CRM tools and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting Ability to multitask and manage daily leads and follow ups efficiently Must be available for immediate joining
