Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our inside sales team The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills a salesdriven mindset and prior experience in telesales or inside sales within the education or professional training sector This role focuses on converting provided leads into confirmed enrollments
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and followup calls for learners interested in digital marketing and professional certification courses
Counsel professionals and recommend suitable programs based on their career goals
Convert highquality leads provided by the company into successful enrollments
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets consistently
Maintain accurate CRM records and generate daily MIS reports for management
Follow up with potential clients and ensure smooth onboarding
Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities during consultations
Coordinate with training and support teams for client followup and satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of UAEbased experience in inside sales telesales or business development in the education or EdTech sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong persuasion and closing ability
Proficiency in MS Excel CRM tools and lead reporting
Multitasking ability and effective time management
Must be available to join immediately
