Role Overview

IIDMS is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Academic Counselor to join our inside sales team The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and enrolling working professionals into our certification programs using a consultative sales approach This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about education has strong communication skills and a proven record of achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective learners through inbound and outbound calls to understand their career goals Recommend the most suitable certification and training programs offered by IIDMS Convert highquality leads provided by the company into successful admissions Achieve monthly enrollment targets consistently Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide daily MIS reports to management Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering expert advice and timely followups Stay updated on all course offerings and industry trends to provide accurate guidance Coordinate with training and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and postadmission support

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of UAEbased experience in inside sales telesales or academic counseling within the education training or EdTech industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Targetdriven approach with strong negotiation and closing abilities Proficiency in CRM tools Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting Ability to multitask prioritize and manage daily operations efficiently Immediate joiners preferred
