Eduhub Institute is a fast growing professional training and certification company based in Dubai We specialize in delivering industry focused programs for working professionals across GCC countries We are looking for a passionate and target oriented Business Development Executive to join our inside sales team and help expand our learner base
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for handling incoming leads initiating outbound follow ups counseling professionals on training solutions and converting prospects into confirmed enrollments This role offers high earning potential for top performers and clear opportunities for growth within the company
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective learners via inbound and follow up calls provided by the organization
Identify and understand client requirements to recommend suitable certification and training programs
Convert leads into enrollments and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate lead tracking CRM updates and daily reporting to higher management
Build long term client relationships and provide after sales support when required
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post enrollment communication
Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities during discussions with learners
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales business development or telesales in the education training or certification industry within the UAE
Excellent verbal communication persuasion and negotiation skills
Target driven with a strong focus on results
Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Excel for reporting
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Must be available to join immediately
