We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects over the phone. The role involves explaining products/services, handling objections, and closing sales to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products or services clearly and confidently
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Generate leads and close sales over the phone
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
Follow up on leads and pending inquiries
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle customer objections and complaints professionally
