Telesales Executive (Hindi, Malayalam & English Speaker)

We are looking for a multilingual Telesales Executive who can communicate fluently in Hindi, Malayalam, and English. The role includes making outbound calls, promoting company products/services, handling customer inquiries across multiple languages, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products/services clearly in Hindi, Malayalam, and English
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Convert qualified leads into successful sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
Deliver excellent customer service across all supported languages
Requirements:
Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, and English (spoken and written preferred)
Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, target-driven, and persuasive personality
Ability to handle multilingual customer interactions professionally
Basic computer literacy (excel)
